It is vital to protect your eyes from the harmful uv rays of the sun, which can cause cataracts and macular degeneration. Lenses must have uv protection. Just wearing dark lenses can do more harm than good,as this causes the pupil to dilate and let in even more harmful uv rays.
We are always happy to give you help and advise on the best type of lenses for you. It's vital to wear the correct sunglasses not just to look good, but when you are taking part in outdoor sport, staying in a bright sunny climate, have had any sort of eye operations, are using medications that can affect the light sensitivity of your eyes,or wear contact lenses.
